Cancellation policy – To cancel a guided tour or service, you must notify via email at mantrestel@gmail.com and receive an acceptance/confirmation from guiaturistico.ovh. The cancellation will not be effective until confirmed by guiaturistico.ovh. We do not accept cancellations by phone, WhatsApp, or other messaging services.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least one week prior to the agreed date and time for the service will incur no cost to the client.
Cancellations made less than one week in advance or client no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. A no-show will be considered after 30 minutes from the agreed start time of the guided tour or service.
In demonstrable urgent situations, we strive to be ethical and professional; please contact us and we will try to reach an agreement.
